 Parts/Kit Overview
  • R&D R3 ECU; Reprogrammed ECU to allow up to 8850 RPM’s. R3 upgraded ignition timing safe for all recreational and offshore racing use using 93-95 octane pump gasoline. R3 works great with stock engine components, stock supercharger system, and R&D 14/18 impellor. The R3 program will add snappier throttle response, increased acceleration, and improved top speed performance. The R3 ECU program will also work well with mild (R&D RC1) camshafts kits, R&D Forged Piston Upgrades and mild supercharger pulley upgrades where boost levels will be increased by no more than 2 pounds. The R3 program file does not require a Powershot Fuel Tuner.

  • The R&D Adjustable Boost Control Valve replaces the unreliable OEM Plastic boost control valve that quite often fails to hold consistent factory recommended boost pressure settings. A leaking and inconsistent boost control valve will cause a 10-30 horsepower loss in performance. The all aluminum constructed High Performance R&D Adjustable Valve offers perfect sealing and precise adjustment for consistent boost pressure control. The valve comes factory preset for 16 pounds boost and is adjustable up to 22 pounds. The valve mounts directly to the OEM location with a billet aluminum adaptor that offers boss locations that can be used to install a boost gauge. For those with a reprogrammed R&D ECU, this is a must have upgrade to allow the ECU to perform to full potential. Kit includes all gaskets, hardware and installation instructions.

  • The R&D Performance Exhaust Plate replaces the restrictive OEM exhaust honeycomb catalyzer that Kawasaki recommends inspecting or replacing every 25 hours. The R&D Exhaust Plate eliminates excessive exhaust heat and flow restriction produced by the OEM catalyzer. Improved exhaust flow decreases back pressure, and heat and increase performance. The Exhaust Plate also features small water ports that decrease water flow to the water box, which eliminates hard starting conditions from wet spark plugs. The R&D Exhaust upgrade never needs to be inspected or replaced. Kit comes complete with gaskets to install.

  • The R&D Kawasaki Ultra 310X Ride Plate has been developed using our dominant and championship winning Kawasaki ride plate design concepts with a few new speed tricks added. The R&D Ultra 310X ride plate is re-angled over stock along with the addition of the new R&D progressive multi step concept to add top speed improvements. R&D’s Ride Plate concepts and designs are the only aftermarket designs to dominate in Offshore, National, and World Championships, and to be used and endorsed by Factory Yamaha and Kawasaki racing teams for nearly two decades! The new Ultra 310X ride plate from R&D is “The Perfect Ride plate” with a great balance of speed and handling with no compromises! The O.E.M. Speedometer installs easily into the new R&D 300X plate, and allows a full 2 mph speed improvement with no other parts or modifications. Install the R&D AQUAVEIN along with the R&D 300X Ride Plate and R&D Speed-up Control Module and achieve up to 6 MPH speed gain! No other ride plate offers better speed and handling gains.

  • The new R&D Kawasaki Ultra Aquavein Intake Grate Kit has been designed and developed to deliver the ultimate handling and speed performance in recreational, offshore, and closed course race conditions. The Ultra Aquavein will deliver quicker acceleration, higher top speed performance and a much smoother and more predictable ride over the O.E.M. intake grate. Low speed and high-speed turns are a breeze with new found control. The R&D design offers a smoother “recreational friendly” off throttle deceleration allowing a more comfortable and smoother ride. The secret to the R&D Aquavein’s hook up performance is in its patented, award winning, and championship winning wing and twin bar, super deep channel design.   • The R&D Pump Shoe Seal kit for the Ultra 300/310 is now available. The three piece Seal Kit stuffs up the unwanted cavities in the pump shoe and the oem intake grate that aid in producing cavitation. This kit allows you to seal up the area between the intake grate and pump shoe, which will reduce cavitation and increase pump efficiency and performance.

  • The R&D 1 Degree Reduction Nozzle Wedge Kit for the new KAWASAKI ULTRA 300/310 will add quicker acceleration and top speed performance as well as allow the ULTRA bow to ride slightly higher which will significantly reduce bow spray promoting a much dryer ride. Extensive testing has led our development team to wedge the reduction nozzle up 1 full degree which will inexpensively give the ULTRA better handling everywhere and provide a boost of up to 1 mph in top speed performance. The billet aluminum CNC machined 1 degree reduction nozzle wedge kit was specifically designed to work without compromising or removing the O.E.M. reverse gate or nozzle trim.
